up package: How "sellable" is your business? What price can your business
sell for? Those are the two main questions you'll get answered with this
service. We'll help you determine if now is the right
time to sell, determine a realistic selling price range, and provide you with specific steps you can take to
prepare your business to sell at an increased price. We’ll also help you
set an overall marketing strategy and timeline for the sale. Financial
analysis and recasting of financials:
Your BSC advisor will work closely with you, analyzing your company’s
financials and giving you suggestions and guidance on recasting to enhance the
profit picture your financials give to prospective buyers. Selling
memorandum preparation:
A BSC advisor will work closely with you to learn about your company and will
prepare a powerful, professional selling memorandum for you to give to interested
buyers. You will receive your choice of disk file or a master copy ready for
printing or photocopying. Does not include photography or specialized
drawings/artwork. Advertising design and copywriting: We will write your classified ads to get the biggest response, and also to pre-qualify respondents based on your parameters. We'll write at least four ads for your use. (Does not include charges from media for running ads) $ 295 Meeting

Having prospective buyers visit your office can be a big headache, but these
initial meetings can make or break a deal. We’ll analyze your situation and
give you specific advice on how to prepare and how to structure the meetings.
For an additional fee, we will even attend meetings. R Full Service Consulting Plan: This comprehensive service includes all of the services listed above plus much more. Your Business Sale Center advisor will guide your sales planning through every step of the process. Includes a planning session at your location, assisting you in planning the sale process, preparation of the selling memorandum, writing promotional materials (ads, etc.), use of our fax/phone/address for your ads, financial analysis, initial screening of responses and qualifying, meeting planning and more. Includes travel (within Continental U.S.) and 1-1/2 days minimum spent with you at your location plus continuing follow-up consulting via phone/fax/email. $2,995 Off Site Full Service Consulting Plan: Includes all of the Full Service items, but if you come to visit the Frozen Tundra (Madison, Wisconsin to be exact), you can see the sights and save $ 500 to boot.
